Chaz Cardigan is a chameleon in the age of algorithms.  The Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter blends alternative, folk, electronic, and rock influences with a natural pop sensibility. 

His shoestring-and-imagination verve has buoyed him through the burnout of record deals and Pandemic TikTok notoriety.  His soda pop spirit and his manic candor, both onstage and on social media, have built a growing community across Patreon, Discord, TikTok, and streaming services.

He’s created music for the YouTube Audio Library, notched a top 15 Alternative radio hit with “Not OK!” in 2020, contributed “As I’ll Ever Be” to the NETFLIX film To All The Boys: P.S. I Still Love You, composed the upcoming musical The Brass Teapot, and has amassed 24+ million streams across all platforms.

“Rashomon” comes ahead of a full-length LP on indie-label AntiFragile Music.  Cardigan evolves his pop knack with stream-of-consciousness, inventive hot-knife lyrics about life’s grey areas — the glitching of identity, family dynamics, and finding joy in a collapsing culture.
